Designed Workplace Experience

A thoughtfully designed working environment inspires connection, creativity, and discovery. As part of their experience center remodel, we partnered with the Dupler design team to create an art collection that demonstrates how original artwork can enhance workplace design.

Featuring twelve artists and varying media, the collection inspires designers and clients while serving as a living resource for integrating art into future workplace projects.

OUR SOLUTION

Each artwork was thoughtfully curated to reflect the purpose, materials, and character of its space. From quiet moments of focus to collaborative gathering areas, every installation complements the surrounding design while inspiring creativity, connection, and memorable experiences.

THE DESIGN

The Pub is a warm, sophisticated retreat designed for conversation and connection. Rich finishes, layered textures, and intimate lighting create a relaxed, elevated atmosphere. We curated a custom ceramic installation that complements the room's bronze accents and cozy palette with rich, textured forms. Spanning 10 feet wide, the artwork adds depth, warmth, and visual impact, becoming a striking focal point that invites guests to linger, unwind, and connect.

THE DESIGN

The Nest meeting room is a bright, comfortable space designed for focus and collaboration. L-shaped seating forms an inviting gathering nook, while fabric walls soften the space and improve acoustics. We curated a playful yet elevated installation that subtly reflects the room's name. Nearly 200 handmade ceramic nests, each uniquely crafted during a community art project, were formed with natural materials and kiln-fired, leaving only their delicate hollow forms. Carefully pinned to the fabric walls without causing damage, the installation celebrates individuality, connection, and the creative ideas that take shape when people gather.
